I love the dress and ordered the custom fit....but they did not ask for the shoulder measurement and I did not add it, so when it arrived which was very timely and with good communication, it needed to have 2 inches reduced at the shoulder. I was able to find a seamstress that could do it for me as the dress is for my sons wedding. I will be wearing it soon and it is beautiful....very happy with you!!! The communication with them is wonderful, so if you are feeling hesitant about ordering a special dress, you need not fear!!!
