Help & FAQs
Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Check the size chart on each product page and compare it to your body measurements. For the most accurate fit, we recommend ordering a custom size. You can also refer to our Measuring Guide for step-by-step instructions.
Q: Can you customize the size of my dress?
A: Yes! For an additional fee of £15, we can make your dress to your exact measurements. Just select "Custom Size" when ordering and provide your measurements in inches or centimeters. For best results, get measured by a professional.
Q: What should I keep in mind when measuring myself?
Wear similar undergarments to what you'll wear with the dress
Ask someone to help you measure
Measure your bust from the fullest part (not bra size)
Take measurements in the afternoon or evening for better accuracy
Include your heel height in the hollow-to-floor measurement if you'll wear high heels
Q: Can I alter the dress if it doesn’t fit perfectly?
A: Yes, we leave extra fabric in the seams (approx. 2.5 cm per side) so a local tailor can make minor adjustments. Note: detailed areas like beading may be harder to alter.
Q: How is dress length determined?
A: We use your hollow-to-floor measurement to determine overall length. For shorter styles (mini, knee-length, tea-length), we calculate proportionally based on your height.
Color & Fabric
Q: Will the color match what I see online?
A: Slight color differences may occur due to screen settings and lighting. We try our best to match what you see online, but actual colors may vary slightly.
Q: What’s the difference between white and ivory?
A: White is a crisp, bright color, while ivory has a soft, warm undertone—more flattering for many skin tones.
Q: Can I see what the fabric looks like in person?
A: You can refer to our Color Chart and fabric photos to get a good idea of texture and tone. Feel free to contact us for additional guidance.
Q: What types of fabric do you use?
A: We use high-quality materials, including: Chiffon – Soft, sheer, perfect for flowing layers. Organza – Stiff yet transparent, ideal for structure. Satin & Matte Satin – Smooth with varying levels of sheen. Tulle – Lightweight netting, often used for skirts & veils. Taffeta – Crisp and smooth, with slight texture. Jersey,Elastic Satin, 30D Chiffon – Each with unique qualities for different styles.
