Ordered size UK 10 white/navy according to measurements waist was half inch too big when it came fit perfectly with comfortable room but not sloppy or loose anywhere. Shoulder straps fit really well and didn't bag - I have really large shoulders so was worried about it being tight which it was but again not uncomfortably so and didn't look it at all when tried on (if it was a UK 8 I would have been in trouble lol). No customs fees on delivery and arrived 2 weeks after ordering well packaged although tag was sewn into the seam on the outside of the dress so I had to cut it out, didn't cause damage but could have. Online chat staff were super helpful and put my order on priority as it was time sensitive. Would definitely order again decent prices. Advice for would be buyers: buy half inch bigger than your actual size rather than smaller

I loved this dress but I have the same complaint as everyone else, the sequins get EVERYWHERE and my custom measurement was still a little too big for me.
