I had trouble with a dress and I have to say that when I contacted the company about the problem. They did make me an acceptable offer to remedy the problem.

I was very impressed with this dress! I ordered it as a bridesmaid dress, and I was concerned about the quality of the material used. I had previously bought a bridesmaid dress online for another friends wedding. The quality of the material was horrible and I hated the dress! The other two weddings I have been in as a bridesmaid, we ordered our dresses from David's Bridal. I like the dresses, but they did not fit quite right. I was very happy that this dress was custom made to my measurements. The dress fits perfectly except that the arm holes are a little tight. Not sure why, it may just be me but I will see if I can fix that with a little tailoring. One word of warning, the beading on the dress does come off very easily!! Do not pull on any strings!
