I do not believe this was made to my measurements, I had a couple of people tell me the same thing. I could use a whole size smaller. In the waist there is actually a couple of inches that could be taken in - in the hips at least 3-4 inches could be taken in. The cape is way to big.

The dress looks nice however it doesn't fit properly. The top on one side is gathered like in the photo. The other side (the outside versus underneath) is way too loose so it doesn't hang properly so there is no gathering. I'm hoping I will be able to have it altered.
