The representative was a great help with making sure my order was able to be rushed to me. It actually made it 3 days before I was supposed to receive it on my rush order. The dress was very well packaged and was exactly as described and shown in the picture. For someone that is heavy (large in the chest) I definitely advise being measured and send in your measurement. My niece wears a size 14 but I ordered a size 16. It fit perfect in the waist was about a 1/2 inch to a 1 inch too long I had it cut. But in the top we had to add 4 inches of material to the back of the top and the sleeves were not tight fit. We had to have them tailored and after adding extra material to the back, it had to be taken up in the shoulders. Costing a total of $100.00. So I advise you to be measured fully!!!! If you don't want to have any alterations done. Over all the dress was still stunning. I added my own touch of more rhinestones on the top and the waistband. My niece loves bling!!! Plus I wanted to have more detail to it after having 4 inches added to the top. She loved in and we are very pleased with the order and the dress.
