Beautiful formal wear.

I was extremely nervous about ordering my mom her dress online. She is plus size and petite and very awkwardly shaped. But I thought for the money it was worth a try. I'm so glad I did. We spent extra on the custom fit. The dress arrived in Canada after just over two weeks. Communication between you and myself was exceptional. They even caught one of my measurement as being a little too small and emailed me. They responded to all my requests right away. The whole process was awesome. When my mom slipped the dress on and the zipper went up perfectly she was in shock. As was I. In the past we were having to drive from store to store from one city to the next in frustration trying to find a dress that would zip up. Then only to be told it couldn't be ordered or we were stuck with the color they had. Embarrassed walking out of a changing room with a half zipped gown that weighed a ton because of all the extra fabric in length was exhausting . It was such a daunting task. I think we found found the perfect way to buy a dress now. Thank you the dress was beautiful the quality was outstanding in your service was awesome. You have definitely made a customer out of my mother and I.

Even though we havent got this dress yet as we live in South Africa and a friend is bringing it over for us at the end of this month I can say that Ive been really impressed with the service I have received from this company. They were so helpful with all my questions and we are so looking forward to the dress arriving.My daughter is going to look so beautiful at her matric dance later this year !!
