Stunningly BEAUTIFUL!!! (I odered it in red, and I am so very happy with my color selection.) Very good quality materials were used and the workmanship is excellent! Runs true to size. The dress and jacket look EXACTLY as pictured! Also, 10 day turn around time from date of order to receipt at my door was OUTSTANDING! All in all....EXCEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! First of all the communication and help from your Livechat people from the very start was excellent. I threw all sorts of questions at them concerning buying a dress on line and all the concerns and worries of buying a bespoke dress when you cant try it on etc. I was worried that it still would not fit correctly and I would lose a lot of money but, I was ensured that once I had signed for receiving the dress I had 7 days to begin the process of returning it, so I began the process of gathering information.The instructions for measuring are explained very clearly and in great detail. I think from the start it is very, very important to get your measurements right. I double,double,double checked mine and got others to do so too. Then I filled in the form and pressed send and ,I've got to say my heart was in my mouth.I was reassured immediately that my order had been received.I was expecting at least a 3 week wait and was amazed that after 8 days I got notification of a delivery. for a bespoke dress.As I opened the parcel I was shaking, but , I had no reason to be concerned .I absolutely love my dress and, it fits perfectly ,like a glove. As I am tall I rarely get a dress to fit correctly in the right places and ,for the first time , I have one.The colour is as stated and the quality of material excellent .It is lined and feels like a very good quality item of clothing.and very comfortable.As this is for my daughters wedding , I was taking a risk ordering blindly and i was terrified but, I would highly recommend this company (and I already have with friends here) and definitely use it again..The company kept in touch with me all the time reassuring me of the progress of my order and i could speak to Live Chat at any time,Thank you all. I needed a dress for my daughters wedding. I have never ordered a special occasion dress online, but I read the reviews of your site so I decided to checked out your site and was amazed by the selection that you had to offer and how reasonably priced all of the dresses were. I also liked that you could see pictures of some of the women who had purchased your dresses and not just a professional model with the dress on. I had a hard time trying to make a decision so I had ordered 4 of your dresses using your standard size chart. All of them were quite beautiful and I had a hard time trying to decide which one to wear for the wedding. My daughter finally made the decision for me and I had received so many complements at the wedding on the dress that she had chosen. We also ordered my daughters wedding veil, hair accessories, etc. and was very pleased with everything that we received.
